I made a seriously delicious creamy tomato soup to which Hubbers said "I dare say, this is the best soup you've ever made." Of course, he pours his Frank's hot sauce into everything so it doesn't really relate to the original recipe at all! I however loved it (recipe
here) especially sprinkled with croutons, Parmesan, and truffle oil. I added some feta chive scones as a 'side dish' (recipe
here) which were also delicious (halved the recipe and I think I rolled it too thin because they were a little dense, but the flavour was great). Anyways, here is my daily photos documenting these mundane but beautiful events:
