So me and Sis have our own special book club. It is fabulous, we read the same books then get together and talk about them. This last one was 'Little House on the Prairie' (which is such a wonderful book) and we decided to make cornbread to mimic the constant parade of cornbread meals they have in the novel. Here I am trying to 'whip' the eggs by shaking them while they're still in the shell (post script: not successful method).
