Bounty of the Earth

Yesterday I needed to make some of these mojito jello shots for our upcoming New Years party and Hubbers was gracious enough to de-juice all the limes:

Our new brightly coloured juicer from his mom served us well this day!  I had some leftover mojito mixture and chilled it into jello - let me tell you these puppies were tart!  We'll see how they go over at the party. All this mojito talk had me dreaming of drinking one so I had to stir one up as well. As I was preparing supper I looked at all the brightly coloured vegetables in the sink and couldn't believe how beautiful everything is.
Basic edit, tried to heighten the warmth and focus more on the orange pepper with crop
More dramatic, I like this one
This one's art - I love it!
What I love about this whole editing process is there's no fear in it. I do one or two safe ones and then you can get really artsy and ridiculous and I usually end up loving it!

This is a really easy resolution right now as I'm not at work, as soon as that kicks in I can see it getting a little tedious.  I may only edit say for an hour on the weekend looking over that weeks photos.  But I still hope to take one photo a day to capture those moments.
